Are we still on the same line?
Please do the following test, in order to avoid any discussions afterwards:
- I do like the square cars of the 20's but I think these should be categorized in another club. In doing so we maintain the image and spirit of the 40's & 50's and all cars can drive at their optimum speed.
Agreed? - I prefer not to have a designed car of the 60's standing next to my spherical car during a club meeting. The specific image of that time will be disturbed and not everyone likes to follow the trend of the modern "muscle-cars".
Agreed? - Only the original cars and trucks of 1940-1959 are allowed to participate in clubmeetings. Also models of 1935 through 1939 and of the year 1960 are allowed and if your car of 1934 or 1961 is very much look-a-like to the 1935 or 1960 model, you will be able to participate.
Agreed? - Cars should be kept as original as possible, no hot rods, no street rods, no special paintings, no customs and no custom rims, no extra wide tires, no self-made convertibles or chopped, no lowered suspension.
Agreed?
