Prior to each trip, all members get a detailed invitation by mail including a clear guide how to get to the starting point of the trip. For all non-members, there is the opportunity to participate as well, on condition that they have been registered prior to the meeting and that the cars meet all the club requirements. Except for the meeting in Antwerp, only club members are allowed since the number of participants is growing each year to this exciting happening in Antwerp. Participation fee is € 8 per meeting, including road-book, tripboard and drink-vouchers. The average number of participating cars is about thirty.
